All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and have stock availability. During our sales period order processing may however take up to 7 business days. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish public holidays. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

Rodebjer currently ships to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States of America.


Swedish orders are shipped by DHL and will be delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point within 1-3 business days. A text notification will be sent to your cell phone when your package is ready to be collected. This service is free of charge. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to Rodebjer. If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.


International orders are shipped with UPS and will be delivered within 2-5 business days with the exception of sale periods. Please note that the goods cannot be left without a signature and that couriers usually operate between 8am-6pm on business days. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and issues such as payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes. International orders will be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are applied once your package reaches your country. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
