01. General information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and have stock availability. During our sales period order processing may however take up to 5 business days. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish public holidays. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

05. Swedish orders

Swedish orders are shipped by DHL and will be delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point within 1-3 business days, with the exception of sale periods. A text notification will be sent to your cell phone when your package is ready to be collected. This service is free of charge. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to Rodebjer. If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.


06. International orders

International orders are shipped with UPS and will be delivered within 3-5 business days with the exception of sale periods. Please note that the goods cannot be left without a signature and that couriers usually operate between 8am-6pm on business days. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and issues such as payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

The Rest of The World

Orders will be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are applied once your package reaches your country. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


08. Returns

You are always entitled to return your item(s) within 14 days from the day you collect your parcel. You may return the product(s) online. For Swedish customers this also applies to our store located at Smålandsgatan 12, Stockholm (Norrmalmstorg), for Norwegian customers returns and exchanges on full price items can be also be done at our store on Prinsens Gate 10B, Oslo. Returns of sale items cannot be returned in store but needs to be returned to our warehouse. All returns are to be sent with Rodebjer’s recommended return service only. Return fee of 59 SEK will apply. Please see below for further information.

Important information regarding Returns

When shopping online, please be conscious of your consumption. Processing returns has an environmental impact and Rodebjer consider free returns to be an unsustainable cost. Hence a fee, when returning pieces bought on rodebjer.com, will be added. This added fee is a small step for Rodebjer to limit direct climate effect.

You are entitled to a full refund of the purchased item(s), if the product(s) is in the exact same condition as you received them. Please note that if the product(s) has lost its value due to your handling of the product(s) to a greater extent than it is necessary to determine its characteristics or functions, you will be obliged to reimburse us. Thus, in order for you to get a full refund, please make sure that the item(s) is in the same condition as you received them, with tag and seal still attached. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.

Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from the day you collect your parcel. Refunds for returned items will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account within 14 days, under the condition that we have received the product(s) or proof that the product(s) has been sent back to us. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund If you have chosen to pay using Klarna, you still need to pay your invoice, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return. Please note that orders paid with invoice cannot be refunded in-store. Only credit card payments will be accepted for refunds for returned items in-store. Returns of sale items cannot be returned in store but needs to be returned to our warehouse.


09. What happen to returned items?

The majority of a garments climate footprint comes from production, and it is important for us to manufacture lasting garments and designing them for a long lifecycle. Returned items are therefore handled delicately and, if in mint condition, always re-sold. Damaged items that can't be resold are handled individually by us internally and repaired at a tailoring service. Items or fabrics that can't be sold are either repurposed in to new items, or sold at our archive store Rodebjer Revisited.


10. Pre-order

When registering for a pre-order item included in an upcoming collection, you will receive a confirmation on email. If your order includes an item that is in high demand, we reserve the right to request a deposit of 30% of the order value.

If a deposit is required but not submitted to the designated form of payment provided before payment date is due, your reservation will be cancelled.

If the item you have pre-ordered is low in demand, and the item is not possible to produce, we reserve the right to cancel your pre-order. If that should occur, our customer service will contact you and any deposit paid will be reimbursed.

Delivery of pre-order items is handled in the same way as regular web orders. You will receive a delivery confirmation when the order is ready to ship, and our customer service will contact you before order dispatch. Before an order is dispatched the full payment of the pre-order needs to be fulfilled.

Our standard return policy applies to pre-order items, and you will receive a return label with your delivery. If you wish to change size or color, you need to return your order and place a new order. Availability might be limited.
