DELIVERY

Please note, during the SALE period delivery may lake longer than stated below.

All orders are processed at Rodebjer in Stockholm, Sweden within two business days, due payment, clearance and stock availability. Order processing may take up to five days during our sales period. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of SWEDISH PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
A confirmation mail will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your order.

Swedish orders

Swedish orders are shipped by Posten and will be delivered to your local delivery point and notification will be sent by email and a textmessage to your cell phone when your package is ready to be collected. If you don’t collect your package within 14 days, the package will return  back to Rodebjer free of charge.

International Orders/Norway

International orders are shipped with UPS and will be deliverd within in 5 business days. Please note that the goods cannot be left without a signature and that couriers usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address (recommended). We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues such as payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

All orders are fully traceable at our website.  Up to date delivery information can be accessed at any time. Please login to your account to begin tracking.

INSURANCE

Rodebjer insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by the third party is sufficient evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Rodebjer.  Transfer of responsibility will therefore be passed to the recipient.

TAXES AND DUTIES

If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout.

USA & Canada

All orders going to USA and Canada are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and custom duties are pre-paid by Rodebjer. Your order will not be subject to any additional charges upon delivery

Rest of the World

Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Swedish VAT. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Posten/UPS will invoice you for the local taxes and duties.  Since we are unable to make assessments regarding fees, we recommend you contact your local UPS office to obtain an estimate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note, items on sale are refundable. Sale items may not be exchanged.

EXCHANGES
You can return your order within 14 days upon delivery. It is free to exchange items for a different size or product within the same price range, which means that Rodebjer won´t charge additional shipping on exchanges or returns for their Swedish orders. Outside Sweden, exchange and return shipping charges are at your own expense, and if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay duties and taxes on the replacement item.
To exchange an item, simply specify the new item, size or color you require on the return form and follow the instructions stated on the form. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Please note that we are only able to offer exchanges within the same price range. Items on sale cannot be exchanged.
If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Rodebjer is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


RETURNS (free of charge in SWEDEN)


In order to make your online shopping experience pleasant,  Rodebjer web shop has an easy return procedure. With our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. We accept returns during 14 days following the delivery of this order. Please follow our instructions below:


1. Complete your return details in the table below and enclose it together with your returned items. Items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. When returning shoes, an outside box must protect the original shoebox. Please note: Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned if they have been tried on.


2. Prepare the package and place the pre-printed and pre-paid label on the Rodebjer box (or any other solid, rigid carton box) over the prior delivery information. Drop it of at your nearest Mail/Posten Service Point.


3. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for our warehouse to process your return.

RETURNS (WORLD)


Making a return or an exchange is easy. Just follow these steps:
1.Complete your returns details on the form that you will find in the box with your recepiet iand enclose it, together with your returned items.


2.We recommend that you send your items in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit.


3.The parcel can take up to seven working days to be returned to Rodebjer, unless sent via special delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION


• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items should be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
• Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Rodebjer cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
• All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes must be returned in their original,undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
• Underwear must be kept in its sealed packaging.
• You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Rodebjer. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
• All exchanges are subject to availability.
• We prefer that international orders are returned to us via UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means.


RODEBJER QUALITY GUARANTEE
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We always recommend that delicate materials should be handled with care. Please follow the instructions for washing and handling on the washing label and read our GARMENT CARE for further instructions. Always feel free to contact us at shopping@rodebjer.com if you are unsure on how to handle your Rodebjer garment.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. You will find a form at the back of your receipt, which has to be filled out correctly. Remember to state your order number. Also clarify which items you are sending back, and why you wish to return them.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks of the return.

How do I exchange an item?
During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange of items, which you must be returned  in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. Rodebjer offer free shipping for exchanges and returns in Sweden, outside Sweden the customer pay for these costs.
You will find a form in the box together with your receipt, which has to be filled out correctly. Remember to state your order number and to clarify which items you are sending back.
For security reasons, we do not save your payment information in our database. Therefore, you are not able to exchange an item for a more expensive one.
Items bought on a sale are not refundable  or exchangeable.Will there be any additional costs to my order?
We charge for shipping for all orders outside Sweden, please visit the checkout page for your shipping cost.
